Our 13 Amp Switches and Sockets are available in a plain colored design, or with a decorative chrome trim cover, Formica, Metal Clad including large Mechanical Rockers, in 1 Gang, 2 Gang, 3 Gang or 4 Gang etc and in Single Sockets or Double Sockets, in either Switched or Un-switched formats including one way and two way switch also On-Off Switches and Dimmer Switches.Each product is individually packaged in its own distinctive box complete with full fitting instructions and fitting screws.
All our Electrical Plug Sockets, Light Switches and Fused Connection units are tested and approved offering assured quality and safety for peace of mind these items come with a Minimum 10 Year Guarantee. All Switches and Sockets will fit into single wall boxes 25mm deep, and Remote Switches into single wall boxes 45mm deep.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimate
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
PRIME MARS STORES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
